Press and hold the top button for 3 seconds and the UV/ blacklight light will turn on , do the same to turn it off

Blacklight on/off switch, where is it???

I work with blacklight and saw this at walmart and thought to buy it. the light is very bright but how do you turn on the UV light on it?
