How do Dorcy Promo's and Coupons work.

1. How do I get my product replaced or repaired?
Dorcy product return services are available according to the following policy. Please follow the steps listed below to begin the product return process. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at support@dorcy.com

RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization
Step 1
Verify that the product is a Dorcy Lighting product and has been purchased within the 1 year warranty period. Bulbs and batteries are excluded in the warranty. Any modifications, tampering, abuse of the products will void warranty.

Step 2
Contact support@dorcy.com to have a RMA number issued. We cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number. Generally, the following information is needed for a RMA request to be approved: Item number, date/place of purchase, receipt, problem description. Name, address, email address and phone number.

Step 3
You will receive a valid RMA number via email response. Your RMA generated number request should be processed within 2 business days.

Step 4
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping packaging. Please be advised that Dorcy will not accept any packages without a valid RMA number clearly marked. The RMA number is only valid for one return. All unauthorized returns will be discarded. Any information entered incorrectly may result in delays or void of the RMA request. RMA number, Name, address, item number, purchased date, problem description. Include printouts of any correspondence related to the return. Dorcy's repair/replacement service is based on volume and product availability. Products that are out of stock may require longer turnaround time. Ship to the following address with RMA #

Step 5
Product ships from Dorcy. You will receive email notification of your product shipping with tracking numbers.

2. Can I purchase replacement parts for my flashlight?
Yes, in most cases replacement parts are available at http://www.dorcydirect.com/c-11-replacement-parts.aspx.

3. Can I purchase flashlights and other lighting products direct from Dorcy?
Yes, products are available are on our retail site www.dorcydirect.com. To become a distributor email websales@dorcy.com.

4. I think my Dorcy product may be defective. What should I do?
For fastest response to your issue, please email our customer service department at support@dorcy.com.
We will return your email within 48 hours M-F.

5. My Spotlight will not charge or does not work. What should I do?
Replacement batteries and bulbs are available on line at http://www.dorcydirect.com/c-17-spotlight-parts.aspx.

Most Spotlights contain Lead Acid Batteries and must be cared for properly and charged frequently. Dorcy will replace a defective lead acid battery will proof or purchase in the form of a retail / online receipt within 1 year of purchase or you may return the actual battery.

6. Does Dorcy International offer a Lifetime Warranty?
No. Dorcy offers a limited One Year Warranty on most of our products.    Click Here To View Warranty

Warranty (Excluding batteries): This product is warranted to be free from defect in material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. If product is defective, please return to Dorcy for repair or replacement. Dorcy reserves the right to substitute product of equal value or lesser value if returned product is not available.

7. The battery holder is broken in my LED flashlight. What do I do?

If product is less than 1 year old please email support@dorcy.com.

8. My lens is broken on my spot light or LED flashlight. What can I do?
Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement lenses for our product.

9. I need a holster for my Dorcy Flashlight. Where can I get one.
Holsters are available on our retail website http://www.dorcydirect.com/c-19-flashlight-parts.aspx for our 3AAA, 6AAA LED flashlights and41-4299 rechargeable.

10. I placed an order and received the wrong item. What can I do?
Please email customer support at support@dorcy.com for quickest resolution to your issue. Dorcy Direct customers please email websales@dorcy.com. Please include the order number, item number and other important information. We will return your email within 24-48 hours.

11. Where can I properly dispose of my battery?
Please call your local Waster Management company for vendors in your immediate area or visit www.rbrc.org to find the nearest location to you.
