Great light, but I agree with the last review, the magnet is a bit weak. It will hold the weight of th elight, but not with authority. I'm keeping this light in my emergency kit in my car. It is perfect if I need to change a tire at night - I can either stick it to the fender and shine the light down, or stand it on the ground and direct the light to where I need it.

Magnet doesn't hold the weight of the light as well as the previous model. I used to buy the old version and convert to led. Now I hope I can find the old versions still around somewhere. JUST IMPROVE THE MAGNET.
